Our minimum order quantity is one machine unit.

3. If I buy from you, how long will it take to get the vending machine?

For regular stocked items the machine will be shipped to you in 5  days, for customer-specific products and out of stock machine it’s 3-5 weeks, and for shipping information please contact us with for the details.

4. How much is the shipping cost?

please let us know your destination then we’ll advise the shipping cost.

If by Air, please let us know your Airport destination then we’ll advise the airfreight cost.

If by DHL, UPS, FEDEX or TNT, please let us know your shipping details with contact information then we’ll advise the express cost.

5 .Do you have a warranty? How long?

We offer 2 year warranty

6. Can you make an OEM or ODM?

Yes, we welcome importers and wholesalers to contact us to develop  a long term OEM and ODM business relationship.

7. Do you have any certificates of compliance with our country?

 Our machines have passed electrical, FCC, CE, and ROHS.
